About Me

I am Yevheniia Kosachenko, business coach and consultant. I know what it's like to achieve results, lead a team, and make difficult decisions all at once — often without anyone close by with whom you can speak openly.

For more than 17 years that was exactly what I did: I built international companies, led teams of up to 650 people, and guided organisations through growth and transformation. Along the way I learned that the hardest challenges are almost never purely strategic. At their core, they are always about people — communication, dynamics, and decisions under uncertainty. At some point I realised I could make a greater difference not from inside the company, but alongside the people running it. That became my turning point.

Today I work with entrepreneurs and leaders who need clarity — in complex situations, in difficult decisions, or in times of change. I combine business thinking with a deep understanding of human dynamics, which makes it possible to look at a situation from different angles and find solutions that actually hold. I work in a structured and clear way, while staying attentive to what lies between the lines.
